I have found my passion ... grants! I revel in the process. I enjoy being on teams working together to meet specific goals. I love the joy experienced within an organization when funding is secured to support a new or existing program. I am thankful to know that as a grant professional, I am serving others in a very meaningful way.  

The Dotted Line Collaborative was launched to meld my desire to serve others with my extensive career in corporate communications and investor relations. It was a mindful shift from supporting corporate programs using my skills in writing, project management, marketing, and training to a place of sustaining nonprofit organizations, schools, and faith-based communities through grant research, proposal writing, communications, and program management. With each grant approval, I feel I am contributing to the common good.
